Swap From Itsajenthing - JAPAN.

This has been long awaited blog. I just been lacking to put this up. Finally here I am. First off I want to thank Jenn for the wonderful things she has given me in our swap and as well as the support she has shown me. I meet great friends online and around the world. I'm truly bless.

As stated in my blog about what Elaine had given me in our swap. Jenn is one of the girls from #teamsunnies. Theres a total of 5 girls including myself. I'll link all their information at the bottom of this blog.

The first thing I received from Jenn was this table top organizer spinner. She bought it from QVC and had it sent to me first. It was perfect because at the time when I have gotten this gift I was in the process of moving. The first thing I did when I moved was put that into use as you can see in the above picture. I absolutely love it. Everything else I received in February.

This is what she sent me later on with everything in the box. She was so creative and thoughtful for decorating the box. I appreciate her so much for her thought.

I got this comfy purple socks. Which smells good! LOL. It also has healing properties so can't go wrong with that !

Oh myyy, my jaws drops with all this snacks from japan! Of course they're all gone by now.

Maybelline Illigal Length waterproof macara in blackest black - I have not yet try this yet but I will do a review once I do.

Been waiting to try these Revlon ColorStay nail polishes and Jenn happened to get them for me without me knowing. I love the colors. Now that its spring I will put them to use. Especially for summer as well.

Jenn got me this decorating type of piece that has meaning. And I like it. Very cute.

She got me this baked blush. Its a Japanese product and I have to say that its gorgeous as a highlighter/blush!

She got me a really bright cream blush - I have not yet tried this so I can't say much, but I do love the color.

Jenn knows I'm a huge nail junkie so she went ahead and spoiled me with more nail polishes <3 I absolutely love them. Especially the fact that all the polishes she gave me I didn't own in my collection.

The second Item I receive from Jenn is a MAC lipstick in Viva Glam Nikki. It had just came out and I didn't get my hands on it yet. Jenn was so sweet to get it for me and had it shipped to me before she sent the rest of my swap package.

In the swap package she included bling for my nails as well as for my lashes.

Jenn gave me this gorgeous single eye shadow by Too Faced called Poison Orchid. I love love the color so much. It's beautiful!

Lastly she gave me my favorite lipstick from loreal, but of course she didn't know it was my favorite lipstick until after. Like I said she it seems like she knows me so well :)

Thanks Jenn for all this wonderful things you have given me. I must say shopping for you and everything was fun. I miss you btw!

My MyGlam Experience..

I was really hesitant on posting this, but I felt like it should be addressed. As some of you know I signed up to a subscription service that you have to pay $10.00USD a month through myglam.com. I was a subscriber & supporter of myglam from the very start. Right off the bat I had issues with them. Though I was really patient with them; I felt like its something I shouldn't even stress over to begin with. I am not satisfy and very much disappointed from day one to the end. They 'tried' to fix all the issues. Some were fixed & some were left undone.

With that being said here's about my journey experience with MyGlam. When I signed up I emailed them right away asking when they send the packages out and when do they charge your account, etc. They were good about replying right away. They told me they mail myglam packages 11th of every month and it should take 3-5 business days to arrive. They also send you an email with tracking # once they send out your package as well.

My very first package back in December arrive to me almost two weeks later. I was fine with that because its a new company, so it didn't bother me. However what arrived to me was an issue. The glam bag that I received had a broken mirror which all the pieces was everywhere in the bag. On top of that mine had a missing item. I was bummed out about my first experience with that because as soon as I receive my package I did a first impression/open video on it. I did email MyGlam on the issues I had and they were kindly enough to return to me right away. They sent me a new myglam bag and replace my missing item, So I don't really have much to say about that.

January comes around, I did not get any email after the 21st. I then emailed them again asking what's going on. They replied back to me 3 days later stating that something happened and they apologized. Then I receive another email from myglam addressing about some of the packages for january had been delayed due to shipping label error as well as shipping being delayed due to the holiday. There was a lot of issues that month. I keep checking and tracking down my package. All it said was 'IN TRANSIT'. It said that for a couple weeks! and then finally I found out that it wasn't working. So emailed myglam again, all they said was "we will refund you for this month. 'If' you get your package it's like your getting it free". They did refund me a week later but as for the package I never received it.

February comes around, I didn't get an email about them sending my package until the 17th. I didn't get my package until the 26th. That's ridiculous to me because let me remind you they told me they "send the packages the 11th of every month'. I got mines almost the end of February and on top of that there was another issue I came across that really upset me. As you can see from the picture above. It's pretty much self explanatory. I found out about that through other people on twitter. So I tested it out seeing if that was correct. As you can see from the picture. It tells you a lot. For a product calming to do certain things and for it not to be what it states is not good at all. This Xshineon cream was supposed to be use like a moisturizer or a mattifying cream. It's really a wash off mask from another brand with a different label slap on top of it. This issue is wrong in many ways and I can't stress enough about it. I was furious so I then unsubscribed and canceled my subscription with MyGlam.

By all means I aside from everything that happened to me I did really like myglam and their choice to send beauty products only. I wish that they were more equipped and aware of everything a little bit better since they are fairly new. They should establish themselves a lot better in the beginning. As far as shipping goes it shouldn't take that long since its in the US only. Shipping can be unpredictable sometimes. I get that, but I'm saying it shouldn't take that long still. I get international packages quicker than I receive my myglam bag. Now that is sad. Just saying.
